Diversity - L’Amandier
Performances at the community center L’Amandier in Vigneux-sur-Seine will aim to unite workshop participants as a choir. This format is designed to allow meetings between residents in an open and caring atmosphere. Listening to pieces proposed by Isabelle Olivier, the vision of Impressionist works of art will be the starting point of a debate where everyone will be able to share the impressions and feelings that this experience has awakened.
The objective of the workshops will be to produce a concert that mixes traditional music from different countries of the world. Considering the richness and diversity of cultures represented within the social center, the project aims to unite these differences in a single show, as a common starting point to write a future together.
The sessions will last for two hours and will be structured in three parts: a physical and vocal warm-up, a part dedicated to transdisciplinary artistic creation and the practice of individual and collective singing and, finally, a review of the session.
